I am Benedikt Grosser, COO and responsible for operational business, corporate strategy, and finance. My focus is on translating the vision of LifeSense into a resilient operational roadmap and ensuring that our technological innovation is built on a solid economic foundation.
With a master’s degree from Nova School of Business and Economics, as well as my degree with distinction from WU Vienna, I combine sound management expertise with strategic precision. Through my experience in top management consulting, including at Deloitte and Argon & Co, I have built expertise in financial modeling, restructuring complex processes, and business model innovation. This methodological depth enables me to guide healink safely through its growth phases — from securing initial funding to strategic cooperation with external partners.
Within the team, I take on the role of the structurer. I ensure that all processes run smoothly and that technical milestones, such as prototype development, are aligned with regulatory and economic requirements. As a bridge between disciplines, I translate technological innovation into marketable strategies and create the necessary structures for efficient scaling.
My Strengths
Structuring & process optimization – Establishing clear workflows to ensure operational excellence and smooth business operations.
Strategic corporate management & fundraising – Securing financing and developing long-term roadmaps for sustainable growth.
Financial expertise & controlling – Precise financial planning and performance management to ensure economic viability.
Stakeholder management & presentation skills – Confident communication with senior industry leaders and experienced in moderating complex strategic topics in workshops and presentations.
My goal with healink is to successfully establish a technologically groundbreaking solution like LifeSense on the market through operational excellence and smart strategy. I am convinced that true innovation can only reach its full impact when it is supported by a professional structure. My drive is to create the framework needed to sustainably improve the healthcare sector and make patients’ lives easier through our technology.
